Purpose

The Program Director is responsible for overseeing the successful management and delivery of digital experience and technology programs. This role ensures alignment with client objectives and the agency's strategic vision while driving impactful results through innovative solutions and seamless program execution.

Primary Responsibilities

Program Strategy Development

Lead the development and execution of comprehensive program strategies that align with client goals and emerging technological trends.

Client Partnership and Advocacy

Serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients, ensuring strong relationships are maintained and client objectives are met. Advocate for the client’s needs within the agency to drive program growth.

Multidisciplinary Team Leadership

Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, technologists, and strategists, to deliver integrated digital experiences. Foster collaboration and creative problem-solving to ensure successful program delivery.

Program Planning and Execution

Create detailed program plans, ensuring that all components are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Lead the execution of the program, adjusting plans as necessary to meet evolving client needs.

Ensure that design, technology, and strategy work together cohesively within programs, delivering innovative digital experiences for clients.

Financial and Resource Management

Oversee program budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and the program is delivered within financial constraints.

Risk Management and Problem Resolution

Identify and mitigate program risks proactively, addressing conflicts and issues to ensure successful program execution.

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication

Communicate program status, achievements, and challenges to all stakeholders, delivering presentations and reports that showcase program value and outcomes.

Strategic Thinking

Ability to develop and execute long-term program strategies that deliver results aligned with client goals.

Technology Expertise

Strong understanding of digital experience technologies, including UX/UI design, development processes, and emerging technologies such as AI, AR/VR, and automation.

Skilled in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, with a focus on delivering value and addressing their business needs.

Project Management

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) to manage multiple programs and resources effectively.

Analytical and Reporting Skills

Ability to analyze data to monitor program performance, identify trends, and make adjustments to optimize deliverables.

Experience

Years of Experience
