Purpose

To create visually engaging designs that align with brand guidelines and project requirements, contributing to high-quality creative outputs.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Graphic Design: Develop visual content for print and digital platforms, including ads, brochures, and social media graphics.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines for a consistent visual identity.
  • Concept Development: Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop design ideas.
  • Software Proficiency: Utilize design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create high-quality visuals.
  • Layout and Composition: Design appealing layouts that effectively convey messages and enhance user experience.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
  • Quality Control: Review and refine designs based on feedback to ensure accuracy and excellence.
  • Asset Management: Organize and maintain design files for easy access and future use.

Other Responsibilities

  • Stay Updated on Design Trends: Keep current with design trends and techniques to foster creativity.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and production teams to align visual content with project goals.
  • Assist with Presentation Design: Create visually appealing materials for presentations.
  • Participate in Creative Meetings: Contribute ideas and solutions during brainstorming sessions.
  • Support the Studio Team: Assist with tasks like preparing files for print or digital distribution.
