Purpose:
To lead and direct the content strategy department, overseeing the creative vision and ensuring the delivery of high-quality content projects that align with the company’s strategic goals and client expectations.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Creative Leadership: Develop and maintain the overall content vision and strategy for the department.
- Team Management: Lead and manage the content team, including hiring, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
- Project Oversight: Oversee the content creation process from concept to completion, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and present content solutions that exceed expectations.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the strategic planning of content projects, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
