Purpose:

To lead and direct the content strategy department, overseeing the creative vision and ensuring the delivery of high-quality content projects that align with the company’s strategic goals and client expectations.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Creative Leadership: Develop and maintain the overall content vision and strategy for the department.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage the content team, including hiring, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
  • Project Oversight: Oversee the content creation process from concept to completion, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and present content solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the strategic planning of content projects, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
  • Content Standards: Establish and enforce content standards and best practices across all projects.
  • Innovation: Drive innovation within the content team and integrate emerging trends and technologies in content strategy.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure content aligns with overall project objectives.
  • Client Presentations: Lead presentations of content concepts to clients and stakeholders.
  • Budget Management: Manage content project budgets and ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Quality Assurance: Review and approve all content work to ensure it meets the highest quality standards.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 8 years in content-related roles.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Creative Direction, or a related field.
