Technology Lead

Purpose

Lead the technology department to drive innovative technology solutions that support the strategic objectives of Bold Experience, ensuring the integration of cutting-edge technologies and efficient operations across all departments.

Primary Responsibilities

  1. Technology Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with the overall business objectives and drives growth.
  2. Innovation Management: Identify emerging technologies and leverage them to drive innovation, enhance competitiveness, and improve operational efficiencies.
  3. IT Infrastructure Oversight: Oversee the management and optimization of IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and high performance.
  4. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the technology team, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous learning.
  5. Project Management: Manage technology projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet scope, timelines, and budget requirements while delivering value to stakeholders.
  6. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to understand their technology needs and deliver effective solutions that align with business goals.
  7. Budget Management: Develop and manage the technology budget, ensuring cost-effective investments and optimal resource allocation.
  8. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate technology-related risks to ensure business continuity, data security, and compliance with industry standards.
  9. Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with technology vendors and service providers to ensure high performance, timely delivery, and service quality.
  10. Technology Roadmap: Develop and maintain a technology roadmap that supports the organization’s long-term goals, anticipating future technology needs and trends.

  4. Innovation Culture: Foster a culture of innovation within the technology team, encouraging creative problem-solving, experimentation, and exploration of new ideas to address business challenges.

Experience

  • Years Required: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, ideally with experience in digital transformation, innovation, and IT strategy.
  • Industry Niche: Information Technology, Digital Transformation, Technology Innovation.

Education

  • Degree: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
