Purpose
Lead the technology department to drive innovative technology solutions that support the strategic objectives of Bold Experience, ensuring the integration of cutting-edge technologies and efficient operations across all departments.
Primary Responsibilities
- Technology Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with the overall business objectives and drives growth.
- Innovation Management: Identify emerging technologies and leverage them to drive innovation, enhance competitiveness, and improve operational efficiencies.
- IT Infrastructure Oversight: Oversee the management and optimization of IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and high performance.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the technology team, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous learning.
- Project Management: Manage technology projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet scope, timelines, and budget requirements while delivering value to stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to understand their technology needs and deliver effective solutions that align with business goals.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the technology budget, ensuring cost-effective investments and optimal resource allocation.

Education
- Degree: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
