Purpose

Primary Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement data-driven communications strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the execution of campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring timely delivery and effectiveness.
- Research & Insights: Conduct market and audience research to inform strategy and improve messaging.
- Content Development: Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
- Client Consultation: Act as a key point of contact for clients, offering strategic guidance and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Performance Analysis: Measure the effectiveness of communications strategies through data and KPIs, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with account, creative, and media teams to ensure alignment on campaign objectives.
- Crisis Management: Develop and implement crisis communications strategies when necessary to protect client reputation.
