Purpose

To develop and execute strategic communications plans that align with client objectives and enhance brand visibility, ensuring effective campaign outcomes. This role involves leveraging data-driven insights to craft impactful strategies across multiple channels.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement data-driven communications strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the execution of campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring timely delivery and effectiveness.
  • Research & Insights: Conduct market and audience research to inform strategy and improve messaging.
  • Content Development: Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Client Consultation: Act as a key point of contact for clients, offering strategic guidance and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Performance Analysis: Measure the effectiveness of communications strategies through data and KPIs, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with account, creative, and media teams to ensure alignment on campaign objectives.
  • Crisis Management: Develop and implement crisis communications strategies when necessary to protect client reputation.

Other Responsibilities

  • Industry Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging best practices in strategic communications.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of communications strategies.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization within the strategy and communications workflow.
  • Budget Management: Assist in managing budgets for communications campaigns and ensure resource allocation aligns with project goals.
  • Internal Communication: Support internal initiatives and ensure alignment with overall company strategy.
  • Training & Development: Organize and lead workshops or training sessions to improve team capabilities in strategic planning and communication.

Experience

  • Years of Experience: 5 years.
  • Industry Niche: Strategic Communication, Public Relations, Brand Management, Corporate Communications.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are preferred.
