Purpose
To provide comprehensive research support by gathering, analyzing, and reporting data from various media sources. The Research Executive will assist the Media Monitoring Manager in identifying key media insights, supporting client campaigns, and ensuring accurate data reporting across various channels.
Primary Responsibilities
- Media Research: Conduct in-depth research on media coverage, client mentions, industry trends, and competitor activities across different platforms.
- Data Collection: Gather data from traditional media, online sources, and social media platforms to support client and internal reports.
- Report Preparation: Assist in preparing detailed media monitoring and analysis reports, highlighting key insights and trends.
- Trend Identification: Identify and track relevant media trends, emerging issues, and public sentiment that could affect clients' PR strategies.
- Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with the media monitoring and PR teams to ensure accurate and timely research for campaigns and client support.
- Data Organization: Maintain organized databases of research findings, media contacts, and competitive intelligence.
- Market and Competitor Research: Conduct competitor research to assist in developing competitive strategies for clients.
- Tool Utilization: Use media monitoring and research tools to streamline data collection and ensure accurate findings.
