Purpose:

To conceptualize and create innovative solutions that effectively convey the strategic objectives of assigned projects, ensuring all creative outputs align with the brand's vision and market dynamics.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Graphic Development: Lead the graphic development process for assigned products, ensuring high-quality and creative outputs.
  2. Concept Collaboration: Collaborate with Copywriters to develop compelling creative concepts and executions for assigned products.
  3. Market Understanding: Maintain a thorough understanding of the market dynamics related to assigned products to inform relevant creative solutions.
  4. Project Coordination: Work with account executives to plan, schedule, and monitor all creative projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
  5. Time & Cost Estimation: Provide accurate estimates for time and costs associated with creative tasks, helping to manage resources and budgets effectively.
  6. Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks and approve work at various stages of the creative process to uphold high standards.
  7. Creative Director Support: Assist the Associate Creative Director with various tasks, contributing to the overall success of the creative team.

Other Responsibilities:

  1. Client Advisory: Offer technical visual recommendations to clients and address any related issues to ensure their needs are met.
  2. Meeting Facilitation: Facilitate input and creative meetings to gather insights and align on project goals and creative direction.
  3. Client Presentations: Assist in presenting creative concepts and executions to clients through sketches and other visual aids.
  4. Staff Development: Provide direction and mentorship to designers and Art Directors, supporting their professional growth.
  5. Education & Training: Contribute to the ongoing education and training of designers to enhance their skills and keep them updated on industry trends.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Graphic Design: Expertise in designing visual content for various media, with a focus on aesthetics and balance.
  • Composition Techniques: Mastery in arranging visual elements using design principles such as balance, contrast, and alignment.
  • Photo-Retouching: Skilled in editing and enhancing photographs to meet project goals.
  • Color Theory: Understanding of color interactions and ability to create visually appealing palettes.
  • Typography: Proficiency in selecting and using fonts effectively, with knowledge of typographic terms.
  • Perspective: Ability to create depth and three-dimensionality in designs.
  • Page Composition: Skill in organizing text and images to create clear, engaging layouts.
  • Print Production: Understanding of processes involved in producing printed materials.
  • Photography: Ability to plan and execute photo shoots aligned with project objectives.
  • Videography: Skills in planning, shooting, and editing video content.
  • Creative Direction: Leading creative teams in developing concepts that align with client goals and brand identity.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensuring visual materials meet quality standards and project specifications.
  • Project Management: Managing timelines and budgets to deliver projects on time, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve creative challenges with innovative solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Leading and mentoring a team of designers, fostering collaboration and growth.
  • Computer Proficiency: Expertise in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Experience:

  • Years of Experience: 5+ years in a relevant field.
  • Industry Niche: Advertising, Marketing Communications, Digital Marketing, Brand Development, Creative Agencies.
  • Education: Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
