Purpose:
To effectively manage client accounts within the influencer marketing space, develop and execute strategies, and ensure the successful delivery of influencer-driven campaigns, enhancing client satisfaction and driving impactful results.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Client Coordination: Manage day-to-day operations of influencer-focused client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Strategic Execution: Develop and execute strategies, particularly within influencer marketing, that align with client objectives and elevate their brand image.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, including creative, digital, and strategic departments, to ensure timely delivery of influencer campaigns and other related materials.
- Content Creation: Draft and edit high-quality influencer pitches, social media content, press releases, and other marketing collateral.
- Influencer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, securing placements in relevant social media platforms to amplify the client’s message.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor influencer campaign performance and media coverage, preparing detailed reports for clients to highlight key insights and areas for improvement.
- Event Management: Assist in the planning and execution of influencer events, media tours, product launches, or press conferences, ensuring a seamless experience for both the client and influencers.
- Industry Awareness: Stay updated on the latest trends in influencer marketing, social media, and competitive activities to ensure the client’s campaigns remain relevant and effective.

- Proposal Development: Contribute to the creation of proposals, influencer campaigns, and presentations to support new business opportunities or expand existing relationships.
- Crisis Management: Assist in handling influencer-related issues or campaign challenges, ensuring swift and effective responses to protect the client’s reputation.
- Knowledge Sharing: Share insights, best practices, and new trends with the internal team to foster continuous innovation in influencer marketing strategies.
- Training and Development: Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance personal skills in influencer marketing, communications, and client management.
