Purpose
To craft engaging, persuasive, and brand-aligned copy across diverse media platforms, supporting the Creative Services team in delivering messages that resonate with target audiences and meet project goals.
Primary Responsibilities
- Copy Creation: Write clear, compelling, and creative copy for various marketing materials, including advertisements, websites, social media, email campaigns, and more.
- Brand Voice: Ensure the copy remains consistent with the brand's voice and tone, adapting it effectively to different platforms and audiences.
- Collaboration: Work closely with designers, marketers, and other creative team members to produce cohesive and strategic content that aligns with project objectives.
- Editing and Proofreading: Review and refine copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, and maximum impact, producing error-free content.
- Research: Conduct market and audience research to inform copywriting decisions, ensuring content aligns with target audience preferences and trends.
- Concept Development: Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of creative concepts and campaign ideas.
- Deadline Management: Manage multiple writing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content that meets or exceeds expectations.
- Feedback Implementation: Integrate feedback from clients and team members to refine and enhance the copy, ensuring that it aligns with project goals.

- Stay Updated on Trends: Keep up with industry developments, trends, and best practices in copywriting, content creation, and digital marketing.
- Assist in Content Strategy: Support the development of content strategies that align with marketing goals, brand positioning, and audience expectations.
- Contribute to Creative Briefs: Help define and refine creative briefs, ensuring clear objectives and guiding the creative process.
- Maintain Copy Archives: Organize and manage a library of copy assets, ensuring easy access for future projects and consistency across content.
- Support Campaign Execution: Contribute to campaign rollouts by providing timely, relevant copy that supports overall campaign objectives.

Experience & Education
- Years of Experience: 5+ years of experience in copywriting, ideally within creative services, advertising, or content creation.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field. Additional certifications in copywriting or content creation are a plus.
