Purpose:
The primary objective of a Senior Brand Designer is to lead and implement the creative and strategic development of branding projects. This role involves conceptualizing and executing branding designs, including visual identities, marketing materials, digital assets, and packaging, to effectively communicate the brand's essence and values to its target audience. Senior Brand Designers are expected to provide creative leadership and ensure that all design outputs adhere to the highest quality and align with the brand's strategy and goals.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Creative Development: Lead the creative development of branding projects from concept to execution, ensuring they meet the brief's requirements and the brand's strategic objectives.
- Design Execution: Produce high-quality design outputs including logo designs, typography, color palettes, and comprehensive brand guidelines.
- Client Interaction: Work closely with clients to present concepts, gather feedback, and make necessary adjustments to designs, ensuring client satisfaction and brand integrity.
- Project Oversight: Manage complex design projects from concept through delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Other Responsibilities:
- Research: Stay updated with design trends, industry shifts, and technological advancements to keep the brand relevant and competitive.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including strategy, freelancers, and other design team members, to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with printers, fabricators, digital developers, and other vendors to ensure designs are correctly translated into final products.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Design Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in design software, especially the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting ideas effectively and collaborating with team members and clients.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and consumer behavior to inform design decisions.

Experience:
- Years of Experience: 3-5 years of experience in brand design or a related field.
- Industry Expertise: Branding, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Advertising.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field is generally preferred, though not always required if sufficient experience and skill can be demonstrated.
