Purpose
To lead and inspire the design team in creating compelling digital experiences, guiding the visual direction, branding, and user interfaces for a range of digital products.
Primary Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the design team, providing creative direction and guidance to foster professional growth.
- Concept Development: Develop and present innovative design concepts for digital projects, including websites, social media, and marketing materials.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with strategists, developers, and account managers to ensure cohesive project execution and alignment with client goals.
- Trend Integration: Stay current with design trends, technologies, and cultural influences, incorporating them into both personal work and team output.
- Design Oversight: Oversee the design process from ideation to final delivery, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to project timelines.
- Creative Environment: Cultivate a collaborative atmosphere that encourages experimentation, innovation, and creative problem-solving.
Other Responsibilities
- Portfolio Development: Continuously update and refine the design team’s portfolio, showcasing a diverse range of projects.
- On-Ground Support: Assist in all design materials related to on-ground experiences, ensuring alignment with overall branding.
- Client Presentations: Prepare and present design proposals and concepts to clients, effectively communicating the vision and strategy.
- Feedback Implementation: Gather and incorporate feedback from clients and team members to refine designs and improve processes.
- Professional Development: Encourage team members to pursue further education and stay updated on industry advancements.
Skills & Knowledge
- Graphic Design Expertise: Strong knowledge of design principles, branding, layout, and art direction.
- Software Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or similar design tools.
- UX/UI Understanding: Excellent grasp of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to articulate creative ideas and concepts to clients and team members.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in ensuring quality and consistency across all design outputs.
- Creative Thinking: Ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions that align with project objectives.

Experience
- Years Required: Minimum of 5 years in digital design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Education
- Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
