Purpose:
To manage individual projects within the program, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to scope, and alignment with budgetary constraints. The Project Manager will coordinate project activities, manage resources, and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Resource Coordination: Coordinate with team members and other departments to ensure effective resource utilization.
- Budget Tracking: Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial efficiency.
- Risk Identification: Identify project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain communication with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
- Project Execution: Oversee the execution of project tasks, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
- Performance Monitoring: Track project performance using KPIs and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- Reporting: Prepare and present project status reports and updates to the Program Director.
Other Responsibilities:
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Process Adherence: Ensure project processes and procedures are followed and contribute to process improvement.
- Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and incorporate feedback into project execution.

Experience:
- Years of Experience: 3 years in project management or related fields
- Industry Niche: Project Management, Program Management, Strategic Planning, Operations
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is desirable.
