Purpose
To support the PR team in executing effective campaigns and managing client communications, contributing to the success of client accounts and the agency's objectives.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support Functions: Assist in developing and executing PR strategies, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Content Development: Draft and edit press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials that are engaging and aligned with client goals.
- Media Research: Build and maintain media lists and databases, identifying relevant media contacts and influencers.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Track media coverage, compile reports, and prepare updates for clients to assess PR effectiveness.
- Event Assistance: Coordinate PR events, handling logistics and providing on-site support for smooth operations.
- Relationship Building: Develop relationships with media contacts and industry professionals to enhance client PR efforts.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, integrating innovative ideas into PR strategies.
