PR Account Executive

Purpose

To support the PR team in executing effective campaigns and managing client communications, contributing to the success of client accounts and the agency's objectives.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Support Functions: Assist in developing and executing PR strategies, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Content Development: Draft and edit press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials that are engaging and aligned with client goals.
  • Media Research: Build and maintain media lists and databases, identifying relevant media contacts and influencers.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Track media coverage, compile reports, and prepare updates for clients to assess PR effectiveness.
  • Event Assistance: Coordinate PR events, handling logistics and providing on-site support for smooth operations.
  • Relationship Building: Develop relationships with media contacts and industry professionals to enhance client PR efforts.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, integrating innovative ideas into PR strategies.

Other Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
  • Client Communication: Prepare materials for client meetings and address client inquiries promptly.
  • Campaign Coordination: Help coordinate various aspects of PR campaigns, ensuring alignment and timely execution.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of PR activities and client interactions for future reference.
  • Market Research: Research market trends and competitors to inform PR strategies.
  • Training Participation: Engage in training sessions for professional development and PR best practices.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle additional administrative tasks to support team efficiency.
