Purpose:
To support the HR Director in developing and executing effective human resources strategies, leading HR initiatives, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services that meet organizational objectives and drive employee engagement.
Primary Responsibilities:
- HR Strategy Development: Assist in formulating and executing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and workforce needs.
- Talent Management: Lead and mentor HR teams in recruitment, onboarding, and employee development to ensure high-quality talent acquisition and retention.
- Policy Development: Collaborate on developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that promote a positive workplace culture.
- Employee Relations: Oversee employee relations initiatives, addressing concerns and fostering a supportive work environment.
- Training and Development: Work with employees to identify training needs and support professional growth through effective programs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments to ensure cohesive HR project execution and alignment with business objectives.
- Performance Management: Review and support performance appraisal processes to ensure they meet organizational standards and foster employee growth.
- Compliance Monitoring: Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure the organization’s HR practices are compliant and effective.
- Budget Management: Assist in managing HR budgets and resources efficiently.
