Financial Analyst

Purpose:

To support the Finance Director in developing and executing financial strategies, leading financial analysis initiatives, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality financial insights that meet organizational objectives and drive business success.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Strategy Development: Assist in formulating and executing financial strategies aligned with organizational goals and financial objectives.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor finance teams, providing direction and feedback to ensure high-quality financial analysis and reporting.
  3. Data Analysis: Collaborate on analyzing financial data to develop actionable insights and recommendations for various projects and initiatives.
  4. Project Oversight: Oversee the financial analysis process from data collection to reporting, ensuring adherence to deadlines and accuracy standards.
  5. Stakeholder Interaction: Work with internal stakeholders to understand their financial needs and present analysis effectively.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments (e.g., operations, sales) to ensure cohesive financial planning and execution.
  7. Financial Review: Review and approve financial reports, ensuring they meet required standards and organizational expectations.
  8. Market Trends Monitoring: Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new ideas and techniques into financial analysis.
  9. Budget Management: Assist in managing budgets and financial resources efficiently.

Experience:

  • Years of Experience: 4 years in financial analysis or a related field.
  • Industry Niche: Finance, Accounting, Investment, Corporate Finance, Financial Services.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
