Brand Strategist.

Purpose:

The Brand Strategist is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies that align with business goals, driving brand growth and ensuring a strong competitive position in the market.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Brand Strategy Development: Create, refine, and implement brand strategies that support business growth and align with market trends.
  2. Market & Consumer Insights: Analyze market data, consumer insights, and industry trends to inform branding and positioning strategies.
  3. Brand Positioning: Define the brand’s unique value proposition and differentiate it from competitors.
  4. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate brand strategies into marketing and product development.

Other Responsibilities:

  1. Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitors and evaluate their strategies to provide insights for maintaining a competitive edge.
  2. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Partner with teams such as product development and sales to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  3. Strategic Presentations: Present brand strategies and campaign performance insights to senior management and stakeholders.
  4. Brand Audit: Conduct brand audits to assess brand health and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  5. New Market Exploration: Assist in identifying opportunities for brand expansion into new markets or demographics.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to conceptualize and develop long-term brand strategies.
  • Market Research & Consumer Insights: Expertise in interpreting market research and applying it to brand positioning.
  • Brand Positioning & Communication: Knowledge of branding principles, messaging frameworks, and visual identity.
  • Analytical & Presentation Skills: Ability to interpret data and present strategic recommendations clearly and effectively.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects and campaigns.

Experience:

  • Years of Experience: 5 years in brand strategy, marketing, or related fields
  • Industry Niche: Brand Development, Marketing & Strategy, Consumer Insights, Competitive Analysis, Creative Campaigns
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
