Purpose:
To support the Creative Director in managing and directing the creative team, overseeing specific projects and aspects of the creative process, ensuring that the team adheres to client briefs and agency standards.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Creative Strategy Development: Assisting the Creative Director in developing creative guidelines and directing creative work to align with client and business goals.
- Project Oversight: Overseeing specific projects, ensuring that the creative output meets the set objectives.
- Client & Team Interaction: Participating in client briefings and presentations, ensuring creative concepts are aligned with client needs and expectations.
- Creative Direction: Providing guidance and feedback to creative team members to ensure high-quality, on-brand work.
Other Responsibilities:
- Team Recruitment & Development: Assisting in the recruitment and development of the creative team.
- Creative Areas of Responsibility: May be responsible for specific areas of creative direction and execution.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Working closely with other departments (e.g., marketing, product development) to ensure cohesive brand image and creative integration.
