Purpose:
To support the Creative Director in developing and executing innovative creative strategies, leading design and content teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality creative work that meets client objectives and drives brand success.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Creative Strategy Development: Assist in formulating and executing creative strategies aligned with client goals and brand vision.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor creative teams, providing direction and feedback to ensure high-quality output.
- Concept Development: Collaborate on brainstorming and developing creative concepts for various projects and campaigns.
- Project Oversight: Oversee the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
- Client Interaction: Work with clients to understand their needs and present creative concepts effectively.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments (e.g., account management, production) to ensure cohesive project execution.
- Creative Review: Review and approve creative work, ensuring it meets required standards and client expectations.
- Innovation and Trends Monitoring: Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new ideas and techniques into creative work.
- Budget Management: Assist in managing project budgets and resources efficiently.

- Training and Development: Provide guidance and training to junior creative staff and new team members.
- Client Presentation Preparation: Assist in preparing and presenting creative concepts to clients.

Experience:
- Years of Experience: 5-10 years in a relevant field.
- Industry Niche: Creative/Design Agencies, Advertising and Marketing, Media and Entertainment, Branding and Communications.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Design, Art, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
