Purpose:
To support the Finance Director in managing financial operations, executing accounting strategies, leading financial reporting processes, and ensuring the delivery of accurate financial information that meets organizational objectives and drives business success.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation and execution of financial reports aligned with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor accounting teams, providing direction and feedback to ensure high-quality financial outputs.
- Account Reconciliation: Collaborate on reconciling financial statements and accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Process Oversight: Oversee the accounting process from transaction entry to financial reporting, ensuring adherence to deadlines and accounting standards.
- Stakeholder Interaction: Work with internal stakeholders to understand their financial needs and present accounting information effectively.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments (e.g., budgeting, auditing) to ensure cohesive financial operations.
- Financial Review: Review and approve financial documents, ensuring they meet required standards and organizational expectations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated with accounting regulations and incorporate best practices into financial processes.
- Budget Management: Assist in managing budgets and financial resources efficiently.

Experience:
- Years of Experience: 1 year in accounting or a related field.
- Industry Niche: Accounting, Finance, Corporate Finance, Financial Services.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
