Purpose of the Job

To lead client accounts, ensuring successful project delivery and alignment with client goals while fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans for each account.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee advertising campaign planning and execution.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with creative and production teams for seamless project execution.
  • Budget Management: Manage client budgets effectively.
  • Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver impactful presentations.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to inform strategies.
  • Performance Reporting: Monitor and report on campaign performance.
  • New Business Development: Identify opportunities for growth with existing and new clients.
  • Problem Resolution: Address client issues promptly.

  • Crisis Management: Resolve issues during project execution.
  • Client Retention Strategies: Develop strategies to retain clients.
  • Internal Reporting: Provide updates to senior management.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5+ years in relevant fields such as marketing, advertising, or account management.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Certifications in project or account management; ongoing education in digital marketing or strategy is advantageous.
